Legends at Riverlakes

Legends at Riverlakes is a layered home refresh rooted in warmth, history, and personal expression. The design blends Southwestern influence with rustic charm, weaving antiques and traditional details into a space designed to feel collected, grounded, and lived in.

The project included a primary suite refresh with new paint and furnishings, whole house flooring selection and installation, and a kitchen island remodel that improved both function and flow. In the laundry room, new countertops were paired with a matching backsplash, a built in stone shelf, and brick flooring laid in a herringbone pattern, elevating a utilitarian space with texture and character.

Finish carpentry transformed an oversized media niche into a custom built in designed to conceal cords and equipment, complete with a hidden dog bed seamlessly integrated into the cabinetry. A powder bath remodel introduced bold personality through star and cross patterned tile, a new vanity, and floor to ceiling wallpaper wrapped in a vibrant serape inspired print.

Throughout the home, rich color, natural materials, and collected furnishings work together to create spaces that feel intentional rather than finished. The result is a home that reflects a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage, and storytelling, thoughtfully layered for everyday living.
